I have been seeing John for the past several months now which has helped me stay injury free and my mobility has improved massively. All this has assisted me with the sport I take part in; Strongman. Due to all of Johns help, advice and assistance it has guided me to winning Londons Strongest man u90kg 2018 and also qualifying me for Europes Strongest Man 2018.
I am 100% sure if i did not get John on board I would not have achieved this.He has a world of knowledge and I highly recommend him to anyone with injuries or general mobility issues.
