Cancellation Policy • 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for all appointments • Notice less than 24 hours will incur a 50% payment of the session fee • Notice less than 12 hours or failure to attend will incur a full payment of the session fee • If more than 25% of appointments booked are cancelled in violation of the cancellation policy then Trees Treatment Rooms reserves the right to give notice of termination of contract to the client by telephone, e-mail or by post • Once acknowledgement of termination has been received then Trees Treatment Rooms will, within 48hrs refund all monies outstanding for appointments booked. This will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. In this event all obligations to client will terminate.
